New Boss Every Work Day

Hi, I have a sim who is getting a new boss every single work day. She is supposed to have a good relationship w/the boss, but this is impossible when she gets a new one every day. Does anybody know how to stop this?

Do you have a story progression mod that might be reassigning sims in town to different careers? Or one that deletes homeless sims that it's putting in to file the role, requiring the game to make a new sim each day?

Yes, I do. However, it seems as though she has a steady boss now. She is finally on lev 7 of the career, but it's been an uphill battle.
