The Residents of StrangerVille

This thread provides all the in-game information about the residents of StrangerVille.
Lifespan-related info is based on the Normal lifespan.
If you prefer to learn about them on your own, please stop reading here.
On the other hand, if you decide to read ahead and notice any incorrect information, please let me know so I can fix it.




**StrangerVille Plaza**


SIGWORTH



Residence: Riverside Grove (30x20)
Lot traits: None
Starting Funds: $21,337
Residents: Jess, Dylan, and Christie Sigworth
Bio: The Sigworth family is rather new in town. Jess, the mom, had to transfer to the StrangerVille National Base.
After spending a few days on the base Dylan has started to notice something is a bit off about his wife.
Although Dylan is doing all he can to reassure their daughter that everything is okay.
Christie is starting to catch on and it is only a matter of time until she realizes what is going on.

George has since set up camp in the cargo bay of Old Penelope, and has lived on the outskirts of StrangerVille ever since.
Although he has grown skeptical of the residents of StrangerVille he means no harm and mostly keeps to himself.

Residents:  Ted and Meredith Roswell
Bio: The Roswell's are the oldest residents in StrangerVille.
Ted Roswell has since become the mayor and has been aggressively pushing to get StrangerVille to be more technologically advanced.
He has made some shady deals, but his crowning achievement has been the construction of the Crater Base and Secret Lab.
Ted's wife, Meredith, has been noticing Ted acting very strange at night. It might have something to do with his frequent visits to the Secret Lab to try and cover things up.

StrangerVille Lot Information

This set of maps and charts provides information about the 9 residential lots and 7 premade houses in the two residential neighborhoods of StrangerVille:
Strangerville Plaza (4 lots) and Shady Acres ( 5 lots).

Please note that:
   • Information on amenities and harvestables only refer to the neighborhood at large, not those within any community venues in that neighborhood.
   • Commercial lots will be included under "Amenities"
   • There are probably more harvestables than I've noted. I tired of waiting for them to grow. Sorry!
   • I may have mistyped a numeric value, overlooked a harvestable, or made some other error. If you see something wrong, please let me know and I'll fix it.
