Longstanding Gallery Access Issues
« on: July 13, 2020, 11:56:09 PM »
Hi everyone. We've been having a long-running issues (at least 12 months now) where we have been unable to access the Sims 4 Gallery in-game.
We've tried uninstalling Origin, clearing mods, removing saves, etc. Yet nothing seems to work.
We did have a similar problem approximately 14 months ago which resolved itself (probably an update repair), and we hoped it would do the same again but to no avail.
Currently, we use the same Origin and Sims game on four different devices (3 Windows 10 PCs and 1 Mac laptop, plus the Origin account is used elsewhere) and have all packs except Eco Lifestyle, Moschino Stuff and My First Pet Stuff.
Could Origin be the issue? Or the game itself? We know it's not the Legacy Edition, and we've had the Sims 4 since before that was even announced.
If anyone has any suggestions, hot fixes or even magical solutions; please help.
Thanks.

We may not be able to fully help with this issue, as it may be something on EA's end.

Try the tips in the post linked below:

Can't Connect to the Gallery (Tips)
https://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=22709.msg401715#msg401715

If the tips don't help please post on the AHQ's Sims Tech Help Board:
https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4

Sign in with your EA account, click the New Topic button, up near the top of the board, to make a new report. Explain in detail what the issue is this will help anyone with troubleshooting and may help the devs/EA if it's anything on their end.
