Toddler won’t stay asleep bug?
« on: July 15, 2020, 05:52:59 PM »
Is anyone else experiencing where their toddler won’t stay asleep?

They will go to sleep for a few seconds and then get up. I’ve tried having the parents put the toddler to bed, read to sleep, resetting the toddler, resetting the bed, placing different toddler beds in different locations, making sure there’s no music or lights on, and nothing worked. The toddler’s energy is also really low so that’s not the problem.

Thanks.

is there a baby or pet in the house?  Babies in the same room can keep them awake.  Also pets can meow or bark outside of the room, on the other side of the wall and wake them up.

No babies. I do have a kitten but it wasn’t meowing. I thought of that too.

I will bet it is related to the kitten even if it wasn't meowing.  And I only say that because I have had trouble in the past, where I would swear it couldn't be the kitten but it was.

One thing to try is to watch the toddler closely while they are sleeping.  Their thought bubble will generally tell you why they woke up, but it only shows once and normally right before they wake up.
