A guide to using vacuum cleaners for allergy sufferers

If you are an allergy sufferer, you know how important it is to keep your house free from allergies. You know the best way to do that is using Best Rated Vacuum Cleaners with all the fancy technologies like HEPA filter or anti-allergy complete seal. But do you know if you use the vacuum cleaner in the wrong way, all these technologies can’t help you get rid of allergy agents? It’s time to learn how to use vacuum cleaners the right way for allergy sufferers. Are you ready?

Step 1: Protect yourself first

Before you start, remember to wear a mask to prevent inhaling dust or pollen while cleaning. It might be uncomfortable, but ask yourself this: constantly sneezing all week or having a little hard time breathing for some hours cleaning. Which scenario is more bothersome?

Step 2: Make sure your vacuum cleaner is ready

The Top Rated Vacuum Cleaner is a ready vacuum cleaner. First, check the dust cup/ dust bag to ensure it’s empty and won’t affect the suction power. If you’re using a cordless vacuum cleaner, check the battery to make sure it’s full and ready for a full cleaning session. Next, put all the attachments you’ll need out in the open, so you don’t have to stop in the middle of the process to go look for them. Finally, check your brush roll/ vacuum’s head to ensure they’re clean and ready to go.

Step 3: Clean the right way

We’ve come to the most important part: clean the right way. Most people start with the floor, but the right thing to do is clean from top to bottom. It would be best to start with the cabinet's top, picture frames, wall-mounted shelves, windows blinds or curtains. Basically everything above-ground (don’t forget the stair’s vertical faces - these are above-ground elements too). Use the right attachment to clean these places (that’s why we ask you to bring out all the necessary attachments in the first place): crevice tool, upholstery tool, extended wand… anything you need to clean these areas. After this step, any uncollected dust and pollen will fall to the floor, and you can start collecting them in the next step: floor cleaning. Do this process from room to room. Don’t go cleaning all the above-ground everywhere and come back later for the floors. All the leftover dust is stirred in the air or even worse, travels around the house as you move. Finish cleaning top to bottom of each room before moving to the next one.

The second technique you should apply is using slow movement with different directions repeatedly for four times. Even the best vacuum in the world can’t perform efficiently if you move too fast. “Haste makes waste” they say. And it’s true. If you move too fast, the dust will end up stirring in the air instead of being captured by the vacuum cleaner. So move slowly, change direction, and repeat this process four times for everything you vacuum, from the floors to your bed mattress. Just be patient, and you will enjoy the satisfaction result.

“Clean the right way - allergy will go away!” is what we want to convey through this post. Doing exactly what we recommend above with your best rated vacuum in top 10 vacuum cleaners several times a month, and you will go through allergy season without a hitch.

If you haven't, you can try resetting your Sims 4 folder in Documents. Test with a new save and Sim to see what happens.
