Can anyone help with this? My spy has all the ingredients for the Reason Mist recipe but I cannot fathom how to create it. I went to the shop and bought leeches and sugar pears, but I've tried crafting cooking and self interact but nothing comes up, and the quest task still says go to the shop. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Have you bought the right leeches?  You have to read the text very carefully as they have to be specific leeches.

Thanks Figwit unfortunately the quest failed, but I'll remember that for next time!

For anyone else who may have problems with this part of the quest, you need to buy the right leeches, and then put them, with the pear, in the well, let them soak, then draw them out. That gives you the blood pear to put in the potion.
