Introduction
Let's Build a House! is a project whereupon community members take turns in building a house, with the overarching goal of making a house fit for a King/Queen! The first house made it into the forum's very own world, Union Cove. This time around, we're shaking things up! Not only will there be an existing building that we'll be building in, builders won't know what room they're building until it's their turn.

The Rules

- All Forum Rules apply.
- You may only use Vanilla Sims 3 content. To be safe, you should also build only in one of the two Vanilla Worlds, Sunset Valley or Riverview, though this aspect is not enforced. (Riverview is a Free Sims 3 Store World)
- Only build the room you're assigned. Your assignment will be posted in this thread, and you'll be @mentioned in to it.
- Additionally, you can only modify someone else's room if you ask them first (please also copy MrsFlynn and myself on this PM).
- All building cheats are allowed.
- Custom Patterns and Recolours are fine, but be aware that Patterns don't always travel well. You'll need to upload the pattern along with the house, or (if it's not your pattern) link to it.
- Each person has two weeks maximum to build their room.
- If you're not participating, feel free to download and install this house, and make any modifications that you wish. However, please don't reupload it anywhere - that includes here. MrsFlynn or I will upload the final copy into the Swap Shop ourselves.
- Patching shouldn't be an issue (no more EA patches), but be patched to the final Patch, 1.67.

But my 'Red-dy to Woohoo' room is completed.
