I have NO mods, NO CC. When I play my family, one member will not do most of the action I set, will not eat, bathroom etc. but will workout when I direct him to. 4 people in the family and only seems to be happening to 1. how can I fix this?
Thanks!

This is a known bug/issue, here are some tips to help:
1. Move the mods folder to desktop (for testing purposes) - This is to fully make sure it's not some outdated mods or custom content.
How to Fix Problems with Mods/CC
http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=25031.msg426156#msg426156
Mods and cc become outdated as we get new updates for the game. This means Mods and cc will need to be gone through regularly to find what needs to be replaced.
2. Regardless if you're using mods and custom content, it's a good idea to delete game cache files and the localthumbcache.package to help with troubleshooting.
Delete Game Cache Files (What and How-To)
http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=29288.msg401662#msg401662
The localthumbcache.package can be found in the main Sims 4 folder
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Removing the mods folder without deleting the localthumbcahche.package file from the Sims 4 folder isn't enough these two steps need to be done together.
3. Try Reset Sim or have the Sim travel to another lot and back
Reset Sim; Reset a Household and/or Evict Household

4. Repair Game:
In Origin > Games Library, right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair. - It does not make any changes to the saved game files. Meaning that your saved games are safe, they won't be deleted. If you'd like you can copy the Sims 4 folder to the desktop or a USB key.
5. Try a new game without mods or cc to see if the problem still ocurs.
If the above doesn't help, try a Sims 4 factory reset, new game without mods/cc to test.
6. Try a Sims 4 Factory Reset - (What & Howto)

Read more about it in the article linked below by Crinrict:
Multiple problems with Interactions being dropped or randomly queued

** If none of the above help, you may want to report the issue on Answers HQ

It's good to idea to move the mods folder to the desktop even if you don't have any mods/cc in your game. That way you can better troubleshoot the problem.
