The telescope from Outdoor Living Stuff. For no reason other than that it's gorgeous and my apartment is in a building from the 1800s so it would look beauteous.
i just wanna be something more than the mud in your eyes; i want to be the clay in your hands.

The teleporter! I think that's the one thing I really, really need in real life.

The swinging chair for babies and toddlers. I don't have children, but one of my closest friends is pregnant with her first, and I have a feeling she would love it ;)

Money trees.

I was just about to say that too! I would kill to have a money tree. This is exactly why I wish reality was a bit more like Sims.  :P

The problem with money trees is that others would have pretty easy access to it unless you kept it in a pot in your basement behind Seven locked doors.

But, I'll have a cow plant to guard my precious money tree. ;)

I'd like to have so many things from the Sims that I don't even know where to begin!

I would also love a time machine... although it would be quite strange if a child popped out of it!

The moodlet manager! Or the super sleeper, that'd really come in handy. I wouldn't want the motive mobile because I don't really want to know what goes on in there that increases all your needs at the same time.. :P Also, I do tend to get a bit sick when in cars and buses and such - I wouldn't want to have to go somewhere every time I felt bad. The moodlet manager or the super sleeper, definitely. ;)

Hover bed.  And the food replicator.  would save so much on the grocery bill.

The food replicator, definitely. During the week I have a heck of a time getting meals on the table before work. That would be an amazing boon.

It's not an item, but I'd love to have the inventory system. Imagine being able to stuff your car into your pocket. It would save a lot of time trying to find a parking spot!

Technically, it could be an item, as a pocket is an item  8)

Oh, just about every outfit in my sim closet!

Seriously, my sims are so much more nicely dressed than me and I feel I dress well!

But for something from the buy catalog - probably one of the canopy beds. I really wish I could have one.
The outside is quiet, but the inside is on full blast.

That would be fun, to have that, too! Then the child could pop out of nowhere in my candy themed mansion. Preferably, a rainbow colored, elfish child. ;D

One of the storage boxes from WA - no matter how much clutter, just throw it in and it will be easily located again.  Every thing, little or large, you own all in one small box!

The Body Sculpter reward, no more dieting, no more exercising, just climb in and exit moments later absolutely perfect.
