U Shaped Stairs on Foundations

I have been trying to build U-shaped staircase on a foundation. However, every time I try to use the level terrain after activating the CFE cheat, I cannot reach the top of the walls for the staircase. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks.

Hi ILoveTheSims,

I haven't tried this, but have you experimented with Friezes? I've only used friezes once. But thought it might help you in creating U shaped stairs.
