Going to work in PJs?

My sims recently started going to work in their PJs! Why are they doing that? Sometimes they spin to change clothes, but still stayed in pyjamas.

I've had that too, and in swimwear, usually I will send them to the dresser to change them into their uniform and then they stop doing it, career outfits seem to be more and more glitchy, at least in my games, I've also had them take a shower or bath before work get out and spin into unpixelated nakedness and then go to get in the carpool, thank god I noticed that before they left the house, not to mention the ken dolls are rather disturbing

It could be due to their traits?  Hubby and I are playing a game that the lady sim has the proper trait, and it makes her flip into her formal wear like every 5 seconds. Drives us batty, so we just let her stay in her formal wear.
