Anyone having issues with Origin since the latest patch? I can't get it to run. I can log in, but then it will disappear from my taskbar. Same problem I am having when I press play in the Sims Launcher. Any ideas?

Hi B,

We haven't run into this problem, as we don't use Origin to launch Sims 3. However, I did do a search on the problem and found a link that might be of help.

Thanks M! Actually, I uninstalled Origin last night and re-installed it and it seems to be working fine now. So, hopefully I won't have any more issues with it!

Uninstalling and re-installing Origin seems to have worked. I can get into the application now. Gonna try playing Sims today - shut my laptop down completely last night after installing IP expansion from Origin so fingers crossed!
