Years after playing the game lol I find it's now about 50/50 for me. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't, depends on what I'm doing with that particular sim. Humongous garden? "Aww, it's ok baby, I'll drag those bars for you!"

Rarely Do I cheat unless I'm fixing a glitch (Sell something, no money given etc.)

I'm not so much a cheater, but I do use a few of Twallen's mods. They just make everything run so much smoother!

I tend to have one "cheat" file. Meaning I will still have them work at home most of the time, but use other cheats to get them money, or just keep their moods up so I don't have to deal with them and interrupt their work or family time.

I cheat all the time, infact I can't remember a game when I haven't used 'testingcheatsenabled true' to move my sims motives or used 'Motherlode'.

I haven't cheated in Sims 3 since I started trying the dynasty challenges here.
