How do I tutor a child/another sim with my adult sim who has every skill maxed and the mentor reward thing? I've gone into the 'friendly' set of interactions but there's nothing in there that says tutor?

Just have the child start doing whatever the task is. For example draw on the little kiddie drawing table. Then once the child has started the task with the adult selected click on the child and the action "Encourage" or "Mentor" should appear.
