Soulsayer's Immortal Dynasty

After lurking for a while, and reading Pam's various Dynasties, I felt the need to start one myself. I decided on the Immortal Dynasty. so here we are.

Welcome to Appaloosa plains, Peridot Soulsayer. (Not to be confused with Soulslayer. Horrible guy, Soulslayer. Slayin' souls left n' right.) Eager to get her fishing skill up, Peridot immediately rushed to the beach to fish.

She seems quite happy fishing, probably because of her Angler trait. Afterwards, she went to the art gallery, hoping to find someone Artistic to paint her required portraits.

Who's this handsome fellow? A possible love interest, perhaps?

After talking to the mystery man -it turns out his name is Benjamin- Peridot headed to her home to sleep on the bed that was currently the only decoration on the plot. There was a raccoon, which decided it would be acceptable to knock over the trash can! Regardless, Peridot got a wish to watch the raccoon. Her Neat trait soon took hold of her, though, and she cleaned up the mess. After righting the trash can, she got a wish to pet the raccoon, and it bit her!

Look at the smug little fellow.

With a throbbing thumb, she went to bed. In the middle of an empty plot. A burglar decided to rob her, despite the fact that the only thing on the plot was a cheap bed.

Peridot woke up in time, and the thief fled the premises. She still got the negative moodlet of being robbed, though. (Maybe he took the mail?)

Perhaps the burglar took the bills...that would be more of an act of service than a crime, though...

I don't know, you would still have to pay the bills, and if you didn't have them... the Repoman would appear and steal your stuff! Or... reclaim it.

After the burglar fiasco, Peridot went to the beach to unwind.



She went fishing, of course! after leveling up once, her hunger bar dipped into the red. Off to make tofu dogs she goes!

After eating (and not waiting an hour, the rebel!), Peridot took a dip in the ocean. She was at the beach, after all!

As she was getting smellier with each passing moment, Peridot rushed to the gym to take a shower!

First, she rode a boat down the river...

Then, she ran to the road...

And finally, she hopped into a taxi and arrived at the gym, ready to take the Fated Shower, which was whispered of in crowed pools, and often spoken of in legends.

Having cleansed herself with the Holy Waters, Peridot snagged herself a new job as a Kitchen Scullion.

After landing her new job, Peridot called Benjamin and asked him to come to the Hangman's Tree.(It's not as spooky as it sounds.)

His expression is priceless.

Not to mention, where did this guy come from? He just ran out of the bushes.

Also, this dog. What's up with everyone emerging from the flowers and hanging (no pun intended) around Hangman's Tree?

After confessing her attraction to Benjamin, Peridot had her first kiss with him!

Now that didn't really surprise you, did it? After going steady with Benjamin, Peridot gained the ability to leap into his arms. I caught a fairly humorous picture of her midair:

After that, Peridot popped the question. Not just any  ol' question, but the question. Will you marry me?

With high-pitched squeals and excited jumping, Benjamin accepted, and just like that, they were engaged! (Never mind that photo-bombing dog.)

They held a touching private wedding, of which that dog and a different sim which had emerged from the bushes were the sole witnesses of.

First, he placed the ring on her finger...

And she placed the ring on his finger.

Yes, out of the three people Peridot knew, Benjamin Schmidt was the one she married. Was there ever any doubt? Here's a picture of the newlyweds under Hangman's Tree:

With Benjamin in the household, the available funds got boosted to around eight thousand dollars simoleons. I was able to make a small house on the money, with about three thousand to spare. I caught some screenshots of it, so you can get an idea of what it currently looks like.

Yeah, where did they come from? I certainly didn't see them coming up the slope. (I guess they just live in the bushes.) Anyways, there's another update coming right up!

(Yet another update! Hey, I have about twenty more screenshots to dump at you, so there's not going to be deficit any time soon.) We left off with Bejamin and Peridot getting married, and now they've settled in to the new house. Benjamin got strait to work painting so he can complete Peridot's YA portrait. In his underwear.

That's quite an interesting picture you have there, Benjamin. Meanwhile, Peridot instructed Ralston Schmidt on the finer points of sniffing for ore.

Did I mention Benjamin has a dog? Well, he does. With her new-found hunting skills, Ralston went a searching for some treasure.

She sniffed, moved onto a different spot, and sniffed some more.

Smelling something under the surface, Relston dug...

And dug some more.

After all that hard work, she found... an empty chip bag. Really? Well, with that fiasco over, Peridot was feeling a bit nauseous, so she... went outside?

Yes, Peridot went outside instead of throwing up in the toilet.

Really, she has no one but herself to blame. As it quickly became night after that, I had everyone retire to the indoors. It was also a full moon, and you know what that means. Zombies!



I had also moved Benjamin's art easel inside so he could continue working on his new painting. (I call it 'Snake Flowers'.) A few moments later, Peridot had woken up in the middle of the night with different sleepwear on...

That's right, Peridot's pregnant! She broke the news to Benjamin, and he was ecstatic. (Despite his stioc pose in this picture.)

First, he felt Peridot's stomach.

Then, he listened to the forming baby.

And with that, we end this update.

Congrats to the happy couple on their marriage and their impending nooboo! The puppy is adorable. He actually looks really similar to my doggy
