Help!

I got my copy of the Sims 3 secondhand, so I cannot register on the sims 3 website. Can I still upload photos, houses and sims? I'm not sure how to save them to the pc.

You will need to contact EA's customer service to see if they'll help with registering your game.

Without registering the game, you won't be able to upload anything Sims 3 related to the Sims 3 exchange.
