TS3 Account Log In

I try to log into The Sims 3, but it won't let me. Every single time I try, it always goes to page where it just loops and doesn't do anything else. Is there any fix for this?

Hi Lwts,

I use Firefox myself. But for the few times we've had to contact EA's customer service, we've used Internet Explorer to do so. It may be worth giving IE a try?

Also you may want to clear your internet cache and cookies. I use Ccleaner for that.

I find when downloading things from the sims 3 website from the exchange and what not, it work better in Firefox. I don't know that that means that the site works better off overall from Firefox, but I agree, try opening it up on several different browsers.
