Skilled situation...

I got through a crash re-created my Sim and now at the time I add already achieved skills (with Master Controller from NRAAS)... I got stuck.
Looking through advanced in the mod menu shows only few options which none of them are about skills. Am. Is there something wrong? (or am I just looking at a wrong category?)

Master Controller > Advanced > Skill Level

For example look for Logic, then enter 10 to accomplish the logic skill. After this is done, it should fill the Logic bar. And your Sim should get messages that they accomplished the Logic skill.
