House taking incredibly long time to load, why?

Whenever I place a certain house into one of my worlds, it always takes and incredibly long time to load. All other houses placed into the world load in seconds. Once the house is placed, it takes even longer to turn it in either direction. Anyone know what could be the cause of this? It is a house made by another simmer and shared with me. Thanks!

This may mean that the house file has gotten corrupted some how. This happened to one of my houses recently and what I had to do is semi-rebuild it to get it to load faster.
