Buying a new desktop

My mac is no more. Gotta love the blue screen of death. Im out for a PC now and I definitely want to make sure it will run Sims 3 and maybe 4 smoothly. I know my choices are limited at a max budget of around $600. I briefly considered building one myself but the extent of my computer knowledge is limited to the location of the power button. Can anyone give me some advice on these models. Or perhaps some alternatives? Thanks in advance.

The one that's best from the list is:
iBUYPOWER AM720FX
http://www.amazon.com/iBUYPOWER-AM720FX-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B00SV7ITKM/
- AMD FX-4300 - 3.8GHz processor
- 8GB System Memory
- NVIDIA GeForce GT730 2GB
- Medium Settings
It doesn't have the greatest card, but it'll get you medium settings. At a later point should you decide you want better graphics, you could buy a power supply and better video card.
EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti SC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card = $119.99
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-3751-KR/dp/B00IDG3PRI
EVGA 500W Power Supply = Price: $39.99
