Mod to force everyday wear as outerwear

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there is a mod that forces a sim to stop switching to outerwear when they walk outside. It seems like something Master Controller would have, but I can't find it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

I went to search on this and found something that might be helpful or at least something to look into. :)

I want to say Nraas's Dresser might be able to do something like that. But I am not sure on that.
