Baby has literally disappeard

Ok so when my sim gives birth the baby doesn't appear in a bassinet or anywhere! It's not in the family tree and its icon isn't in the bar with the other sims (cant remember what its called).

Have you tried any of these troubleshooting tips?

1. Reset Town, Individual Sims and/or Evict Household

2. Use Nraas Overwatch to get the Sim back. --
After opening the Overwatch menu I went under Immediate and chose Recover Missing Sims.

3. Try going back to a previous save to see if that helps.
