Blue Lots in Map Mode

When I go into map mode in TS3, all the lots are temporarily blue.  Should I be concerned?  This only happens with low draw distance.

I'm not sure if this is a cause for consern or not. As I can't recreate the problem. I can't seem to find anything on the problem either.

A couple/few suggestions to try are:

1. Make sure your video driver has been updated.

Try a factory reset and possibly a new game without mods/cc to rule out custom content and/or mods causing the issue.

I do this anytime my game is acting odd and it seems to help.

I attempted a factory reset, and I think the game is supposed to load the lots in before they come into view with map mode.  I think it isn't a bug, it's a feature

While I was browsing Nraa's site, someone asked about a Blue Lots glitch. And they were given the link below.

It sounds like it may be caused by bad custom content. It's been suggested to go back to a previous save, once you've gone through your custom content.

This doesn't occur in medium draw distance though. This even happens on the factory reset. I thing my e grated graphics push out the map mode lot models out too slowly.
