Create A Pattern hides behind the taskbar?

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but why when I open up the create a pattern tool it hides behind the taskbar? I have windows 10. Can someone pls help me?

I have the same issue with Create a Pattern. I've fixed it using Auto-hide the task bar.
Right-click on the taskbar and go to properties and make sure Auto-hide the taskbar is checkmarked.
