Can't Delete Transformed Object

Maybe this has been answered and I just couldn't find it. I can't seem to get rid of a transformed object (from a collectable to a coffee scooper) with every single objects cheat active, and now it's emitting bad smell.  Very annoying.

When I've had objects I haven't been able to delete, I evict the household and then move them back in.

Reset Town, Individual Sims and/or Evict Household
