Desktop for Sims 4

Hello, I need help trying to look for a desktop computer for Sims. My budget is around $700, but I'm willing to pay a little more if necessary. I have tried to narrowed it down but all the guides get me overwhelmed with price and graphics. Can you look at some of the options and tell me if they are good enough to run sims with the expansion packs and a lot of cc. Thank you!

We would recommend either
CybertronPC Borg Q-750
https://www.amazon.com/CybertronPC-Borg-Q-750-Gaming-Desktop/dp/B011A7GQTU
iBUYPOWER - Desktop - Intel Core i5
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-desktop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-460-1tb-hard-drive-black/5600311.p?skuId=5600311
These will run Sims 4 on high settings just fine. However, we suggest to purchase a better quality power supply, as most budget pcs use low budget power supplies that tend to be inadequate for playing games.
EVGA 600W Power Supply 100-B1-0600-KR = Price: $49.99

This one:
iBUYPOWER - Desktop - Intel Core i5

Better/newer video card with more dedicated memory.
