Super patch never got installed

Recently I download The Sims 3 Super Patcher i tried to install it and nothing happened the installation got interrupted and the patch never got installed how do i solve this problem i contacted EA they didn't give me much help.

Did it give any error messages? If it did, what was the error message?

If not, it maybe worth trying to do a complete uninstall/reinstall of the game.

Run Ccleaner and it's registry cleaner. Or a similar registry cleaner.

Restart the computer. Install just base game, and then install the super patch. If it installs fine and works, start installing the rest of the expansions and stuff packs you have. Updating as you go along.

Unless you want to install via disc and stay with patch 1.67. See link below to help with that.
