Is the Sims official forum down and gallary down?

I was just wondering if the Sims 4 official forum is down because when I went to the link, for the forum I get the Error 403 blocked and on the next line it says:

Access Blocked
The request you made has been blocked. You do not have permission to access this resource.  I even tried to access it with my cellphone and still says access blocked, so I am just trying to figure out how widespread this is.

They've been working on the official forum since Monday afternoon, so yes, it's widespread. I haven't tried the Gallery, but that might be down, too.

The gallery is fine. I was in game and it was working just fine.

I don't know about the game, but the web portal for the gallery is the same as the forum, so the Gallery could be read only in game.

The official forum - http://forums.thesims.com site is down for maintenance. There's a thread open on it at EA Answers HQ.

Yeah it came back up within the past hour. They condensed it a lot
