Skill trees

I used to have a tree that looked like it had crystals growing on it. I think you would gain half a random skill level each time you picked it.  I can't remember the name of the tree and I want to find it in the buy mode.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :(

Are you talking about the Tree of Prosperity?

It can be found > Sort by Function -> Décor -> Sculptures
