Desktop to support Sims 3 and possibly Sims 4

Hello, I know that this question has been asked a million of times. I am currently looking for a gaming desktop to play all of the Sims 3, expansion packs, stuff packs, and CC. The desktop will mostly be used for the Sims and videoing. Once in a while, I may use it for software to edit the photos and videos of my business.
I was going to build a gaming computer, but I have no idea as to where I should start and how I should start. I have read the guide to build one but I would hate to not have my parts covered under insurance. There are way too many options available out there.
An alternative choice to the options I have picked out, will it be better to buy one of the available computers or build my own?
Option 1:

Option 2:

Option 3:

Out of the 3 I'd pick the one noted below.
CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR GXiVR8060A2 Desktop Gaming PC = Price: $829.99
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MT0781S/ref=psdc_13896597011_t3_B01M5G2MLO
- Intel i5-7400 3.0GHz
- NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB
- 8GB DDR4 RAM
- 1TB 7200RPM SATA III HDD
- 120GB SSD
It does have a smaller sized SSD, but if you find that you need bigger, you can always add one later on.

Thank you MrsFlynn! There was one desktop that I had forgotten to include.
Out of the one that you recommended, and a new one (

).
Which one is my best bet?

Out of all the options presented, I'd go for this one.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MT0781S/ref=psdc_13896597011_t3_B01M5G2MLO
The i5 CPU absolutely thrashes the rest of the options available and the GTX 1060 is a good card. The only downside is the 120GB SSD (I have one in my second machine and it's nearly full after 2 years!), but that's it. Otherwise it's a very good system.

KhaineGB is right the i5-7400 is better. Plus if you want to get a bigger SSD, you can always get one later.

Unfortunately, the computer the two of you agreed on is no longer being sold on Amazon. Cyberpower did release a newer version. Besides the lack of an optical drive, would you recommend their newer version?

Yep, that's still a good PC
You can always pick up a USB optical drive if you need one! They're about $20 off eBay.

KhaineGB thank you once again! I was able to backup all of my games to Origin, so I can avoid installing one.

The desktop mentioned doesn't come with a dvd drive, but does come with 2 USB ports at the top of the machine, up by the power button.

So if you need to backup the Sims 3 folder you can back it up to a USB flash drives.
