[BUG] Can't Hire a Service

I haven't seen any posts with this problem, but when I click on an object (e.g. refridgerator, bar, dj booth) I can't seem to "Hire Service" anymore. I used to enjoy hiring a cook for a day to make a bunch of meals. Anyone know anything about that?
