V-Sync Settings

Sims 4: You can enable V-Sync by going into the in-game game options > Graphics under Display. Checkmark Vertical Sync.

Since Sims 4 has this option in-game it shouldn't be necessary to set this option via the control panel.

Nvidia = Manage 3D Settings and look for Vertical Sync. Set that to on/off
AMD = 3D Application Settings and look for Wait for Vertical Refresh - set to on/off
