Can sims 3 work on hp compaq 6510b

im trying to find a good laptop to play sims 3 on my price range is 100 something to 200 something.

I wouldn't recommend that laptop, and the budget is way to low. You'll be looking more in the range of $600 (on sale) or more, specially if you have all the expansions and stuff packs, plus mods and custom content.
