Why won't mods work in my game?!

I have been watching you tube videos, reading tutorials, and looking on forums yet I still can't get my MasterController or PortraitPanel mods to work! It's quite annoying  I have my mods folder all set up and even have the resource.cfg file. What am I missing??!

If you're having problems with Nraas Mods, it's best to go to their website to ask for help. As they will be able to help troubleshoot the issue a lot better than we can.
