Will this Hp Elitebook Run Sims 3?

I have a Hp Elitebook Core i7 2.9Ghz processor, 1gb dedicated AMD Radeon HD 7500/7600 memory and 8Gb.....please I will like to know if I can run sims 3 on it fine.

You might have a hard time running the newer expansions (Seasons, University, Island Paradise and Into The Future)

If you choose to run these, run with low/medium settings. It's recommended to get a cooling pad to help keep the laptop cooler. As playing games will make the laptop run hot.
