Translucent/Faded out sim?

Probably a long shot but in my minds eye I see a mod or cc that fades out the sims skin so i can see through to the background. I'm hoping if I can find one, or if you guys know of one, I would be able to put a custom picture as my background and more accurately make sim lookalikes.

Anyone heard of any such thing?

You might try asking over some of the modding sites such as Sims 4 Studio, ModtheSims, and TSR.
