How do you make 1/4 or 1/2 tiles?

Want to make a path but has odd angles.  Can't remember how to make/place fractions of tiles.

Ctrl+F allows you to do 1/4 tiles. To cycle between 1/2 tile and 1/4 tile grid snapping for object placement use F5.
