Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti Desktop Graphics not Recognised
« on: December 20, 2018, 09:18:37 AM »
I've just recently upgraded from a laptop to a desktop for Simming. When I loaded The Sims 3 I got the "card not recognised" message. I've found my ID's but I'm not very confident with editing the SGR files I don't want to mess things up. Can anyone help?

Device Log says Found 0 Matched 0 if this helps
Vendor 10de
Device 1c82

If you haven't already, take the file attached to this post and install it. Back up the originals just in case, or until you find that everything works okay.

Thank you Mr and Mrs Flynn for the How To Guide on getting my Graphics card recognised. I had the same graphics card on my system as Shami, so thought I'd share my thanks in their thread rather than start a new one. So thanks!
