(TS3 & TS2) make money limit mod?

It's been 6 years about that topic that i read... and still nobody ever did a money limit mod,i'm not good at modding either once tried a mesh mod but suck at it so if anyone who is reading this.i kindly ask can anyone make this mod? sorry for english

Have you asked at dedicated mod sites such as ModtheSims, TheSimsResource or maybe at the official forum? These sites have more of a dedicated modding community that can be more helpful with questions like these.
