Sims 4 doesn't recognize AMD Radeon Vega 8

Hi, I just bought a new laptop to play the sims game. After installing it, i saw a pop up saying my Graphics card is not recognized.
i checked my config.log file, it shows found:0, supported:1. my laptop has AMD Radeon Vega 8 graphics.

The game may say it doesn't recognize the graphics card, but it should still run the game. However, here are a few things that might help:

1. Update your video card drivers.

2. It's an integrated video card which may not work well with games so try starting the game in windowed mode to start. If that works okay, then try changing to full screen.

In Origin > Games Library, right-click Sims 4 and select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options and In the Command Line Arguments, add the following text: -w and click Okay.

3. Repair Game
In Origin > Games Library, right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair. - It does not make any changes to the saved game files. Meaning that your saved games are safe, they won't be deleted. If you'd like you can copy the Sims 4 folder to the desktop or a USB key.

4. Try uninstalling/reinstalling your graphics drivers.
