Does The Sims 3 Master Controller Mod Cause Glitches?

I had the Nraas Master Controller Mod for The Sims 3. I recently got rid of the mod since it caused a glitch. Two of my Teen Sims got married with the mod gone.  Will it stop my two Teen Sims getting married?

Depending on what other mods you have installed, it may cause conflicts.

You may want to check any other mods you may have to check what options they have. As I don't think Nraas MasterController has the option to allow Teen Sims to get married.
