My Gallery doesn't work

When I open my Gallery it has red x's over all the images thumbnails and says "can not locate this item" even though I am online. Suggestions?

There's an issue with Anti-Virus software blocking player's Sims 4 folder [where screenshots, library/gallery files and mods are stored] is still affecting many players. - Example, Red X's instead of photos in the library. This is being mentioned because it's still affecting the in-game gallery.
