De D'Onlyn Dynasty *Completed*

Reasons I am crazy 

1) I don't have world adventures, so this is a dynasty with a time limit, no skill leveling in china and no photographs
2) I am determined to have this not be depressing, so prepare for shots of smiling dead Sim ghosts.
3) I have only been playing Sims 3 for about 3 months, so I am not the most experienced.
4) My first thread on this forum will be a dynasty one with lots of pictures, I am asking for trouble.
5) This, my most successful attempt, is my sixth round with this challenge, but it's going well this time.

Why, why do I do this to myself?  Cause I like a challenge.



ME: This is Sashyna De D'Onlyn, standing in front of the items that bled my dynasty properly dry

ME: Because I thought it was a fun writing device, don't worry your cute head about it, you have work to do, friends to make, and such.
Sashyna: And hopefully things to buy?  And parties to go to?
ME: If you get moving.

Sashyna: Yes, about not dying, about the tasks, about the rewards, even about you ME.
ME: Wow, he must be special.
Sashyna: Yup, and he's well off.



ME: So, Romeo moved in?  The rumors are true?
Sashyna: Well, yes he's moved in, but we're just friends.



ME: Bronson's a nice guy, but I think there's something, a little "undead" about his family.



ME: Oh nice one, even vampire police sleep on the job!



ME: So, Romeo, what do you think of Bronson, and his intentions?
Romeo: So you're speaking to me now?
ME: Yes
Romeo: He's a good kid, I like him.
ME: Even though Sashyna loves him?
Romeo: Yeah, that's OK, I've got my sights set elsewhere.  Could I ask you something?
ME: Shoot.
Romeo: Why does Sashyna call you ME?  I asked but she wouldn't explain.
ME: It's an acronym, for Manipulator Extraordinaire, but Sashyna wouldn't call me that.  Now back to painting.



ME: Awwwww, your first kiss, Bronson must like your chef's work uniform
Sashyna: I think he likes me.
ME: But I haven't spoken to him yet.
Sashyna: *Sigh* That's not what I meant and you know it.

ME: At this point I redid Bronson's Clothes, so a more masculine fashion show.



Bronson to Emily (Romeo's Current main squeeze): What's my job in all of this?
Romeo outside: To work ourselves to death kid.



ME: So, how life going Romeo?
Romeo continues shaking his money maker.
ME: "Working yourself to death" is going well then?
Romeo shakes his groove thing.



ME: So, what did Bronson get you for your adult birthday?
Sashyna: We're going steady now! Squee!
ME: He doesn't mind you being an age category older than him?
Sashyna: No, he knows I'll be younger than him someday anyway, so he gets to die with a trophy wife!
ME: Is that a healthy outlook for you two?
Sashyna: Healthier than sobbing! *Sashyna stalks off with her hand up to her forehead, drama queen!*



ME: Happy Birthday Sashyna, make a wish!
Sashyna: Bronson loves me, it's already come true!

Author's Notes: Next time Sashyna ages up, and someones got a bun in the oven, is it the cook, or the lady?  Also, I think the smaller pics make it easier to read, any objections, anyone like the bigger single shots from post one better?

Players Notes: Reading around I notice there's not alot of player info on Brideport, so I thought I would share my thoughts in case anyone was interested, if not, skip forward to where there will be more pictures.

Buggyist Properties: Plasma 501, Aquarius, Bonzai Lounge, in that order.  Plasma 501 elevators need  to be replaced about every 6 weeks, it's a hassle, but only takes me about a minute now that I'm used to it.

Missing friends, people having things "suddenly come up" when you invite them over?  It's time to go skimming for broken eleveators again.

For Bands: Eugi's, Brideport Sports Zone, join Weylon's Haunt as the most frequent places to get gigs.

The subway system SUCKS!  I hate it, I moved Romeo in so I could steal his Vaguester, that's how much I hate it.  It's awesome for long distance travel, don't get me wrong, but sims auto use it to get down the block if they don't have a car, and it takes the same amount of time to cross the town as to cross a block.  Which means sims could jog there much faster!  Which is what I did during my first failed attempt before meeting Romeo Rake.

These are my preliminary thoughts on Bridgeport.

Great story Juxtaposition! Very humorous! I never knew you need to replace the elevators in certain places. Then again I haven't played Bridgeport a lot due to the last family I had went bonkers and got really buggy. Good luck!

Author's notes: Kattiq first thank you, I aim to amuse, and try not to fall too deep in the gutters of plain weird.  I love your signature and have been known to use it myself time to time.  The elevators are very not good, community lot ones especially, I haven't tried one on my own lot, to tired of them, they're more hassle than handy

Yay insomnia claims more of my night, I feel like writing!  Well, technically posting, everything story wise is written in advance.



Sashyna: Does aging up mean I have to act my age?
ME: I seriously doubt that will be a concern.

ME: Bronson and Romeo honestly seem more interested in talking about the wedding then Sashyna ever does.  I even saw them discussing the flowers!
Romeo: Don't be sexist, flowers can be manly!



ME: Happy Birthday Romeo, make a wish!  If it involved a make over, then I assure, your marching orders are to the mirror!
Romeo: Yes please!  A red suit?  What do I look like, Sashyna's husband?
ME: Certainly not!



ME: And now to the Dresser!  Time for the Romeo fashion show!  You're not an old man Romeo, you're 007! (Yes he's at the top of law enforcement.)



ME: Romeo with his salt a pepper hair seems to be having thoughts of family.  I mean, I might not have caught it the first time, but that's the fourth time he's made that painting now.
Romeo: Finally!



ME: So I introduced him to my favorite Bridgeport townie, Elspeth Cook.



ME: So, let me get this straight, another girl was getting more attention, so you pretend to pass out?
Sashyna: Shhhh, I can't talk to you and be asleep at the same time.



ME: The wedding party, I even decorated, well, sorta.  At least you seem happy.
Bronson: Yeah, I really am.
Sashyna: Me too.



Sashyna: I just got married, so who's this lady my husband is dancing with?
ME: Just a friend, don't get all jealous, you know Bronson loves you.



ME: The wedding party ends predictably in passion, but it looks like Bronson and Sashyna might not be the only expecting Sims.

ME: Oh, he just got home, and it looks like it's because he hates his sister something fierce!



Deidre: So, you're never gonna die, huh?
Sashyna: Only if I can get all the requirements met.
ME: Oh dear, when remodling the house I failed to repaint the original outhouse outside walls, so you've got logs in your living room. *sigh*



Romeo: I love spending time with Elspeth, but you're not invited ME, scoot on outta here.
ME: OK OK, I was just checking up how your visit was going sheesh.



Romeo: I'd like you to meet Jeanna Cook/Rake, my first child.
ME: That's quite the grin you've got there Romeo.
Romeo: I've never been so in love!



ME: Why aren't you more excited?!
Sashyna: Why should I be, it's just more food, right?
ME: No, it's your 50th plate of food, and your first step to supermaxxing cooking!

Author's Notes:  When it comes to gender, if the parents agree, or I need it to be a certain gender I'll eat fruit, but if say, mom wants a boy, and dad wants a girl, I feed them whatever won't affect the gender and they get what they get.

In Romeo's defense, this was my sixth run through gen 1, I was getting bored, and his various scandals kept me entertained, try not to hate him for being a letch, it's my fault LOL

Next time: You get to see what toddler Draigoth looks like, I am so hoping for freckles, I think they're cute.
