How to tell if your sim is pregnant?

When a sim get pregnant the travel option is greyed out before she start showing. And she can't use the hottub also.

I really enjoyed experiencing sim pregnancy with a friend's.  I was anxious to see the things that are going to change especially when entering that latter stage of it. 

There are a few give aways though that would let you conclude of the pregnancy, mostly on the superficial level with the symptoms they show.  You better be able to prepare for it before hand just so you would not miss the whole step.
