No Purchase Medicine Option

When using the computer, the Purchase Medicine option is gone.  Has anybody else had this issue and know of a fix?

Sounds like this might be a bug. It's suggested to sell the computer and purchase a new one.

"Buy Medicine" option not available on computer?

Was you sim at home when you tried ordering medicine?
Medicine and upgrade parts can only be purchased using a computer on your home lot.
If your sim is at home, then you would replace the computer as MrsFlynn suggested.

Some of the computers that came in base game homes (the BFFs, for example) don't have all the options they should have. If you're using a computer that started out in the house, I'd suggest selling it and buying a new one.
