How do i fix conflict Sims 3 mod packages?

I have conflict mod packages that caused my Sims 3 game to crash how do i fix them so my Sims 3 game will run without crashing.

Basically you'll need to go through your mods/cc to find which is conflicting with each other and leave the ones that are conflicting out.
