Code Has Already been Used/Redeemed.

If you get this error it's been suggested to:

1. Login to your EA Account via the EA Website (https://www.ea.com/) to check your purchase history.  Just to see what packs/content show up. Use the same email and password used to purchase or register the game.

2. Log into the EA App to check the Library to see what games show up there. It's the little "Play button to the middle left.

3. If still having issues, contact EA Support

Look for EA App in the List of icons > Codes and Promotions > Invaild code and then select Contact Options.

Important Notes:

Game codes can only be redeemed once per account.

The game codes for the game are stored in the Windows registry. Also EA keeps note that you've registered the game when you purchased it. (That's why it shows up in the Game Library tab) This is why it skips the game code when installing the game.
