Code Has Already been Used/Redeemed.

If you get this error it's been suggested to:

1. Login to Origin using the same email and password used to purchase or register the game.

2. Click on the Game Library tab. Check to see if the Sims 4 and/or 3 game is there.

---- To find Sims 4 or 3 content, right-click either Sims 3 or 4 and select from the different categories of Expansion packs, Game Packs, Stuff packs and Extra Content. Under the Play button you'll find all purchased game content and bonuses.

If you'd prefer to have Origin open on the Game Library tab (Default is Let Origin decide) Go to up to the Origin Menu - in the upper left hand corner of the client. Click Application Settings on the right side of Default Screen, choose Game Library. Next time you log into Origin, it will open up in the Game Library tab.

** If you are reinstalling Sims 4 or 3 you shouldn't need to re-enter the code. It can be skipped over if prompted. As you already have it registered through Origin and should be ready to download and install.

The game codes for the game are stored in the Windows registry. Also Origin keeps note that you've registered the game when you purchased it. (That's why it shows up in the Game Library tab) This is why it skips the game code when installing the game.

If you still can't find your games under the Game Library tab, you may want to contact EA's Customer Service.
