I think I will just skip that wish  ;)
Does it happen with you that when kicking a Sim out he or she takes something from the house with them? 2 Sims I kicked took 2 cars with them when they left, I thought they should take nothing at all even the cars! Is it possible that they used the cars to move?
... and now a painting is missing! ... I don't remember selling it or anything , it just disappeared after the Sim who drew it was kicked away

No, I haven't noticed that. Is it possible that the objects could have been in their inventories other than if they used the cars to move away with? (My kick-outs always take a cab)

Technically, kicked out Sims aren't supposed to take anything at all.  I always get a message that their inventories have been moved to one of my other Sims, just like when a Sim dies.  Double check all the inventories for the cars.  Many times, Sims leave a car in inventory instead of putting it back on the lot when they get home.

I did check the inventories! Anyway, my household Sims always use a cab or bicycle when going out. The remaining car is always just parked there unless I tell them to use it so they needn't the other car anyway.  :D

They usually do unexpected things and I love that about the game. I had a Sim who was flirting with a girl in the park, his wife was there and she didn't mind it at all! The next time his sister-in-law was there and she was very upset!!  ;D

Another possibility is that the car got stolen.  Burglars can take your cars if they aren't in your inventory or in a garage.

My Sims can't prepare food or even eat a leftover!!! ... I click on the fridge and choose prepare (any meal) ... but then the top left icon vanishes in a second and the Sim does nothing just stays in place ! ..... I tried clicking the microwave or the oven the same thing happened .... the only thing that works is clicking "open " on the fridge and taking something out , putting it on the table and telling the Sim to eat it!
I tried changing the fridge , I bought a new one and replaced the existing one , the problem still there!

Did your sims used to be able to use the fridge, stove, etc?  Is is possible there is something in the way preventing them from getting to these objects?  That's all I can think of.

They used to use all the items in the kitchen normally ... and I did not change the place of anything!

This is a mystery to me.  The only other thing I can think of to try, would be to put down a fridge somewhere else in the house and see if it's usable elsewhere.

I recently experienced a similar bug where my commands to my Sim to interact, sleep, etc. vanished the moment after I gave them.  It's possible this is a widespread bug in the game.  My first suggestion, Jerseygirl, is to shut down your game for a few minutes, then restart it.  You could even reboot your computer while you're at it.

I've a female Sim in the criminal career , depending on her LTW , but she gets caught almost everyday after work! She spends too much time in jail that she's always hungry, tired and unclean! Is that normal? Or am I doing something wrong!

No, if she gets caught after work is completely up to probability; you must've had a stroke of bad luck. :-\

Yes, it's perfectly normal.  Criminal Sims have to deal with getting caught and spending time in jail.
