Wow, wow, wow, samoht! I've just been playing with Ruby Isle, and... (Drum roll please)
I't's fantastic! I have not found a single tear or glitch for the whole island! It is little, yes, but after you double uo on space, it's fine. I've finished making and adding lots, so I'm almost ready to play my legacy! (Great location for that lot, too! )

I have a request for a 40x40 lot house on content from Sims 3, WA,HELF,FLS, AMB AND LN with 4-5 bedrooms, 3-5 bathrooms, garden, gym, skill area, laundry and a basement for nectar making and collections.  Many thanks if anyone could build this for me.

Mmm, I'd like a waterfall if possible.  One I can build a waterpark around so the lot would have to be very large.  As to the rest, knock yourself out and make it your creation for me to play with.  I'm not fond of fog, in rl or otherwise, trees are ok but not fond of tropical types, (they would be ok if you feel they fit in, I trust your landscaping judgment completely), ocean is good, rivers ok, lakes are great, spawners?  Yeah, that would be good.  Main criteria is have fun with it and then I'll have fun with it.  Oh, better name for it, something for both of, SamJo.  K?

World Requests

Any Requests for Custom Worlds must be serious and the Client must Acknowledge this will take time to create specifically tailored to his/her requirements.

• Date: 30 Nov. Client: Calgary_Rose. Details: A Flat land with no hills or mountains, needs to have all the Rabbit Holes and COmmunity Features, Clubs but only a Maximum of 3 Story buildings. Ample spawners, Does not need to have a coastline if there is a Salt Water (Inland Sea) Landscaping and Roads are up to you, Needs plenty of 64x64 for downloaded houses. Has all Expansions packs but nothing from store. Full Details

Looking for people to help out if anyone can, the ones that need doing are the ones Highlighted, (TheIlluminator's) due to the date of their Request.
